If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where products have been opened, used, or damaged.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once returned goods have been received and inspected.
For business customers, returns and refunds are subject to agreement and may only be available where goods are faulty or supplied in error.
